Crisis Support and 24 hour Support:

If you are currently in distress, call 000. You can request an ambulance with "no lights, no sirens". 

​

You can also have a family member or friend take you to your local hospital's emergency department.

​

If you are needing after-hours support, please view available Australia-Wide Crisis and Support Services.

Making an appointment

 

Please send an email to shaunagh.foy@gmail.com requesting an appointment, or you can call 0400 407 968. Leave your name and contact number if I am unable to answer your call. I will be in contact on the same day.

All aspects of the counselling process will be explained to you and you are encouraged to ask questions. This can happen via email, over the phone, or when you attend your appointment.
